Carga un MIDI y lo acuña como MMF — el formato nativo de la suite, donde cada nota guarda su identidad pitagórica exacta (proporciones de 3ⁿ/2ᵐ, no frecuencias). Es además el transporte maestro: dirige la reproducción y la suite entera lo sigue. Load a MIDI file and mint it as MMF — the suite's native format, where every note stores its exact Pythagorean identity (3ⁿ/2ᵐ ratios, not frequencies). It is also the master transport: it conducts playback and the whole suite follows.

That is "minting": from tempered MIDI, a Pythagorean MMF is born.

Muchos exportadores dejan cada instrumento corrido unos ticks respecto de la grilla — la flauta un poco tarde, el cello un poco más. No se oye al reproducir, pero al escribirlo ensuciaba la copia: el compaseo encontraba cada nota empezando un pelo tarde y rellenaba el hueco con un silencio brevísimo, uno por compás y por voz, más puntillos que nadie escribió. Ahora, al importar el MIDI, el copista mide el corrimiento parejo de cada pista y se lo quita entero. Lo que nunca hace es cuantizar nota por nota: ahí vive el rubato, y eso no se toca.Many exporters leave each instrument shifted a few ticks off the grid — the flute a little late, the cello a little more. You don't hear it on playback, but writing it down fouled the copy: the barring found every note starting a hair late and filled the gap with a very short rest, one per bar and per voice, plus dots nobody wrote. Now, on MIDI import, the copyist measures each track's even offset and takes the whole of it out. What it never does is quantize note by note: that is where the rubato lives, and it is left alone.

Un MIDI no trae dinámicas escritas. Pero cuando viene de una partitura tocada, las velocidades no son un continuo: forman una escalera de niveles, y esos peldaños son los matices. El copista la lee y escribe el matiz en la partitura, con dos condiciones para no llenar la página de marcas: el nivel tiene que sostenerse al menos un compás y saltar lo suficiente respecto del que rige. Lo que no pasa el filtro no se pierde — sigue vivo en la velocity de cada nota, que es la que suena. Los matices viajan dentro del MMF y el Score los coloca junto a sus notas. Tenelo presente: lo que leés ahí es la interpretación grabada en el MIDI, no lo que escribió el compositor — una entrada puede salir mf donde la partitura dice ppp.A MIDI file carries no written dynamics. But when it comes from a score that was played, the velocities are not a continuum: they form a staircase of levels, and those steps are the dynamics. The copyist reads it and writes the marking into the score, under two conditions so the page doesn't fill up with marks: the level has to be held for at least a bar and to jump far enough from the one in force. Whatever fails the filter is not lost — it lives on in each note's velocity, which is what you hear. The markings travel inside the MMF and the Score places them beside their notes. Keep it in mind: what you read there is the interpretation recorded in the MIDI, not what the composer wrote — an entrance can come out mf where the score says ppp.

Clic en una nota del roll abre el editor: la mueves dentro de la red pitagórica con −T −L −A · +A +L +T — T = tono (apotoma + lima), L = lima (semitono diatónico), A = apotoma (semitono cromático, ♯/♭); − baja, + sube. Más ±8va, re-deletreo enarmónico (♯↔♭, el salto de coma), duración y velocity, con ♪ para escuchar. Shift+arrastre toma un pasaje entero y aplica lo mismo en lote.Click a note on the roll to open the editor: move it within the Pythagorean lattice with −T −L −A · +A +L +T — T = whole tone (apotome + limma), L = limma (diatonic semitone), A = apotome (chromatic semitone, ♯/♭); − lowers, + raises. Plus ±8va, enharmonic respelling (♯↔♭, the comma shift), duration and velocity, with ♪ to listen. Shift-drag grabs a whole passage and applies the same in batch.

Cada nota es un cuadrito: la altura es el tono y el color, la pista — un color por instrumento. En un trío de 2 oboes y fagot, los oboes son las franjas de arriba (Ob1 la más alta, Ob2 debajo) y el fagot la franja grave; pasá el mouse para identificar una nota o abrí «exportar por instrumento» para ver la leyenda de colores. Navegación: clic = llevar el cursor, arrastrar el ▼ del cursor para moverlo (scrub), arrastrar el fondo = mover la vista, rueda o +/− = lupa, ←/→ = cursor (Shift = compás). Marcás una sección con dos pins A/B (teclas I/O o clic derecho «marcar aquí»), arrastrables; el reloj muestra la posición, compás:tiempo y el largo A·B·Δ. Con clic derecho exportás un MMF por instrumento, por selección o de la sección A–B —con la armadura de su movimiento— para tests de sonido. ⤢ agranda el roll; todos los atajos viven en el coach 🎓.Each note is a little square: height is pitch and color is the track — one color per instrument. In a trio of 2 oboes and bassoon, the oboes are the upper bands (Ob1 highest, Ob2 below) and the bassoon the low band; hover a note to identify it, or open "export by instrument" for the color legend. Navigation: click = move the cursor, drag the cursor's ▼ to move it (scrub), drag the background = pan, wheel or +/− = zoom, ←/→ = cursor (Shift = bar). Mark a section with two A/B pins (keys I/O or right-click "set here"), draggable; the clock shows position, bar:beat and the A·B·Δ length. Controles e idiomaControls & language
En la cabecera, dos perillas master sincronizadas por mm-sync: VOL (volumen de la suite) y TONO (brillo del Cosmic). La oreja 🎓 del coach abre/cierra la escucha y, con clic derecho, elige idioma: el Player es bilingüe es/en y los controles universales (play/stop) quedan en inglés. El roll y la Console manejan hasta 32 canales.In the header, two master knobs synced over mm-sync: VOL (suite volume) and TONE (Cosmic brightness). The coach's 🎓 ear toggles listening and, on right-click, chooses the language: the Player is bilingual es/en, with universal controls (play/stop) kept in English.
